TLS LENDS A HAND ON DOMESTIC BLISS

Total Landscaping Supplies were proud to join forces with Channel Nine’s ‘Domestic Blitz’ to give local policeman Wayne Cummings’ backyard a first class makeover.

Wayne is the Senior Constable at Petrie police station in Brisbane. He is also member of the Disaster Victims Identification team with the Qld police. Some of the biggest jobs he has been involved in were the Bali Bombings and the Boxing Day tsunami, which involved two visits to Thailand. Wayne is highly respected in the community and has been nominated for the Top Cop award several times and has also won it.

Most recently Wayne was in Melbourne working on identifying victims of the Victorian bushfires and for his outstanding service to the community is a nominee for a Pride of Australia Medal.

He and Juanita travelled to New York two years ago to give suitcases of gifts to Firehouses, Police precincts and survivors of September 11. They paid for it with their own money and did so because he wants the survivors to know that they are not forgotten.

TLS supplied and delivered all the raw materials for the backyard renovation.
